You can apply for Grant of Fruit Nursery License from eUdyan Site and can also apply for Addition of Fruit Variety in Registered Nursery and can also apply for Fruit Nursery License Renewal, today we will see how to do it.
This Subsidy Scheme is listed in eUdyan Department of Horticulture Himachal Pradesh Site.
Required Documents You must have Jamabandi, Affidavit, Certificate/License Registration, Nursery Sketch, Tatima Nursery, Aadhaar, Pan, Bank Optional.

First of all you have to create an ID on the eUdyan site and then apply, but before that you have to get all the necessary documents made.
After registration, you have to login to eUdyan Site and click on New Request.
Now you will see Sec, Third, Fourth Subsidy here, Sec is Grant of Fruit Nursery License, Third is Addition of Fruit Variety at Registered Nursery, Fourth is Renewal of Fruit Nursery License.
Second Subsidy Grant of Fruit Nursery License From here you apply for New Fruit Nursery License Subsidy Scheme. You have to click on Second Subsidy.

Instruction for License Holder’s
Nursery and bud wood bank licences are being issued online now onward through the e-udyan portal, the validity of which is up to five years from the date of issue.
The licensee will have to apply 90 days before the expiry of validity, on the prescribed forms for renewal of the licence.
The licensee can grow only varieties of fruit plants for multiplication purpose for which the licence have been granted.
If the nurseryman wishes to produce varieties other than shown in their licence, and wants to add extra varieties in their existing licences, obtain the permission from the competent authority after completing all the necessary formalities.
The licensee shall maintain a complete record of the sale of nursery plants and bud wood from bud bank; the sources of origin of the material used for propagation and the inspection register. Above are required to by shown to the inspecting officer appointed by the Competent Authority during the inspection.
In Bud Wood Bank, licensee should have good varieties of fruit trees which should be used only for taking bud woods and the number of which should be at least 25 plants per variety and at least 4 years of age and above.
The licensee will have to keep his bud wood bank and Nursery free from viruses, pests, pests and diseases.
The entire work of the Bud Wood Bank and the Nursery is mandatory to be carried out as per the Rules, 2020 prescribed under the Himachal Pradesh Fruit Plant Registration and Regulation Act, 2015.
In case of non-compliance of the rules, legal proceedings (imprisonment for a term which may extend to 1 year or a fine of Rs 50,000 or both) can be under taken along with cancellation of the licence.
The detailed information of the Act, 2015 & Rules, 2020 can be obtained from the Subject Matter Specialist (Hort.), Horticulture Development Officer of the concerned Development Block.
The Nurseryman has to maintain all nursery record as per the provision laid down in the Act/Rule. All mandatory performa can be downloaded from here.
