Benefits in the form of relief measures can be claimed in the case.

Here I have given step by step information about all the documents you may need while making a claim.
- Form 1 – For Claims related to Human Death.
- Form 2 – For Claims related to Human Injury, loss of Limb (अंग की हानि), Eye, Grievous injury (ग्रीवेस – गंभीर चोट).
- Form 3 – For Claims related to death of Milch Animals (मिलच – दुधारू पशु), Draught Animals (ड्राफ्ट – बोझा ढोने वाले जानवर) and Poultry (मुर्गी पालन).
- Form 4 – For Claims related to damage to Houses (Kutcha/Pucca), Huts, Cattle Sheds, Business Premisses, Shops, Huts, Gharat, Clothing, Utensil/Household goods. (मकानों (कच्चा/पक्के), झोपड़ियों, मवेशी शेड, व्यावसायिक परिसर, दुकान, झोपड़ी, घराट, कपड़े, बर्तन/घरेलू सामान को नुकसान।)

How To Apply Online Claims Reimbursement from Revenue Management System in Himachal Pradesh?
First search RMS (Revenue Management System) HP on Google, Then click on the first link, Then you will come to the site of Revenue Management System Government of Himachal Pradesh.
Here you will be shown 2 options Revenue Courts, Relief Cases You will be shown 6 options in Relief Cases.

Here you can read all the information about types of relief cases here. And you can download the forms which you will need during the claim.
RMS – Types of Relief Cases
Apply Online claim reimbursement form online
Relief Case Apply Online Click Here, You will come to RMS – Official Login, Official Login Select Citizen here, And here you click on Registration below.
You enter your mobile number in Revenue Management System (Citizen Registration) here, And Click On Send OTP Below. OTP will come on your mobile. Enter OTP here and click on Verify OTP.
Now you have to add all these details here, Name, Mobile Number, Email ID, State, District, Sub District, Tehsil, Patwar Circle, Full Address, Username, Or Make Password, And Confirm Password, Enter Aadhaar Number or Click on Create Account.
Now your ID will be successfully created and you will again come to the home page of RMS – Revenue Management System.
Click on Apply Online, Select RMS Login Type – Citizen Login, Enter User ID Password here and Complete the Captcha below and Click on Sign In.
Now you will come to the User Portal of Revenue Management System.
Here you have to click on 3 dots on the left side, here you will see 2 options My Court 1. Case List 2. Search Case, here you can check the details of the court case by entering the case number.
Then in online services you will get the link of e-district site and in the last application you will get the option of relief. In relief you will see the option of open application and application status.
You have to click here to open application in Applications Relief.
Now you will come to the User Portal of this site relief.hp.gov.in, In the dashboard you will be shown TOTAL PENDING APPLICATIONS, TOTAL APPROVED APPLICATIONS, TOTAL REJECTED APPLICATIONS, or TOTAL REVERTED APPLICATIONS.
You have to click on 3 dots on the right side, here your mobile number will be shown, and direct link to check Dashboard, Applications Form, Applications, Pending Applications, Approved Applications, Rejected Applications, Reverted Applications will be shown.
To apply you have to click on the Application Form here.
You will be shown a total of 5 items in the Application Module.
- Form 1 For Claims related to Human Death.
- Form 2 For Claims related to Human Injury, loss of Limb, Eye, Grievous injury.
- Form 3 For Claims related to death of Milch Animals, Draught Animals and Poultry.
- Form 4 For Claims related to damage to Houses (Kutcha/Pucca), Huts, Cattle Sheds, Business Premisses, Shops, Huts, Gharat, Clothing, Utensil/Household goods.
- Form 5 For Claims related to damage to Agriculture/Horticulture Crops, land Loss, Fisherman for repair tools, Handicraft and Handloom for repair of tools.
Click on Apply in front of the form for which you want to apply. I will tell you how to apply for Form 4 (Cattle Shed), the process for applying for all other forms is also the same. (For example)
First we will add application details and then upload the documents and submit.
First of all, Applicant Detail has to be added, write Name of the Owner/Affected Person here, then enter Mobile Number, District Name, Sub Division, Tehsil, Village (Mohal), Permanent Address Details here.
Now you have to add details of Utensil/Household goods here. Select Date of Incident here. Enter Estimated amount of total loss (in Rs.) here. Select Cause here. Write Loss/Damage summary here.
Now you get No. of Houses/Huts/Cattle shed/Business Premises/Shop/Huts/Gharat to be added here Select House Type (Kutcha House, Pucca House, Cattle Shed, Business Premises, Shop, Huts, Gharat), Select Damage Type (Fully, Partially, Severely), Select Damage(%) here (<15%, 15-50%, >50%), Write No of Casualty here and in Action you will be shown the option of Delete.
And above you will be shown the option of Add Now, from here you can also add more items.
Now we will add bank details here, write name of person here, select bank name here, enter bank account number here, write IFSC code here.
Now add Claimant Witness Detail below. Write Claimant/Witness Name here like Patwari Pardhan, Place – Office, write here, write Address, write Contact No. If claimant is DOB Action then enter it otherwise leave blank.
if there is more than one Witness then add them by clicking on Add New above.
After this, check all the details carefully once and click on Save And Next. In next step we will upload the documents.
The Mandatory Documents have *Red Star on them. Uploading of these Documents is Mandatory, you can also leave the remaining ones blank.
First of all we will upload Latest Jamabandi, after that if you have any Legal Heir Certificate then upload it here, then upload Rojnamcha or Panchayat report.
Upload the ownership documents (if any) here, then you have to upload the photograph (of whatever damage has been done) and upload the bank passbooks below.
Below you have to read the Declaration and Pledge. and tick here (I, A, hereby declare that all the information given in this application are true in all respects and that I, the claimant, have not attempted to conceal anything that should be declared here. I agree that if I have made any false or fraudulent statement or have indulged in any suppression, concealment or untrue averment whatsoever, the claim shall be void and my right to compensation shall stand forfeited)
Click on Submit.
After this the application will be successfully submitted then you have to take the print of the application form.
Then you have to submit the print of the application form and all the documents you have uploaded to the Patwari.
But before applying online, please meet Patwari or Pardhan.
Application Status claim reimbursement form online
To check application status, you have to come again to this site of Revenue Management System. And in Relief Cases 4 No. Here you have to click on Application Status.
Relief Application Status: Here you can either check the status by entering the mobile/acknowledgment number.
Write Mobile/Acknowledgment Number here and click on Search. (Then you will see the Application Status here)
But if you want to properly check which officer has reported what, then login with ID password. And click on Open Application in Applications Relief.
Click on Pending Applications here, and click on Last Eye in the Application List.
Here you will be shown all the details which you had filled while applying. You have to scroll down and click on Print.
PDF will be shown to you, you have to scroll down.
Here you will be shown Approval Comments, Claim amount will be credited to your bank account in approximately 1 Year, if all the details are correct.
